The $155 Roof Check-Up service is ideal for a customer who believes they have a minor issue that we can fix on the spot.  If the issue is something we can handle on the spot (up to a maximum of 90 minutes on site work) with the materials we have on hand, a $155 Roof Check-Up service is an inexpensive way to address issues that could easily cost 2 to 3 times that if you were to get a free estimate, for the simple reason that we don’t have to now return to the office, have a contractor write a proposal, get your approval, write it up as a sold job and then send out a two-man repair team for a very minor issue.  Sometimes when we are invited to do a free estimate, we’ll see that the roof could be handled with this service and we’ll offer it.  The customer has no obligation to do this check up service.
