This project involved the replacement and upgrade of the existing roof system using high-quality composition shinglesand Title 24 compliant modified bitumen roofing. The composition shingles were installed to provide durable, weather-resistant protection for residential structures, combining aesthetics with long-term performance. For flat or low-slope areas, a Title 24 modified bitumen roofing system was implemented to ensure compliance with California energy efficiency standards while providing reliable waterproofing.
In addition to the roofing replacement, the project included the installation of new eave venting at low points of shingle slopes, improving attic ventilation and airflow. Proper eave venting reduces heat buildup, prevents moisture accumulation, and extends the life of the roofing system, enhancing both energy efficiency and overall roof performance.
The combination of advanced roofing materials and improved ventilation ensured a long-lasting, code-compliant roof that meets both functional and aesthetic requirements for the property.
